Green Square Means In-State Tuition is Least Difficult Difficulty

How to get in-state at Universities in Wyoming:

Wyoming is do-able as a full-time student for those willing to go above and beyond and is therefore in the medium-difficulty range relative to other states.  If you are able to plant your flag in Wyoming, establish domicile, work at least a little bit, maintain some financial independence…then you could earn in-state status after a one-year domicile period which would even allow you to live in the dorms.  That means that many students could move to live and go to college in Wyoming and qualify for in-state by their sophomore year.

If you can do so, do it!

Wyoming Reciprocity Agreements:

Wyoming is a member state of the Western Undergraduate Exchange which is a limited regional reciprocity agreement among select Western States. Favorable college tuition rates in nearby states are sometimes possible through reciprocity although many restrictions apply.
